Whole place was clean with unforgettable views; great and stunning location to san marco square. We booked an a double room, it was modernly furnished and normal double. The staff was superbly friendly and our experience was really really nice overall. The service was perfect, totally satisfied. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The localization is excelent! It's very near to the train station. The bathroom is big, new and clean. I loved it. And the coffee break is a spectacular moment, nearby the Grand Canal.
It could have been better if my room faces the Grand Canal!!! I would like to have more fruits for coffee break and there is no frigobar inside the room.

Comfortable Stay with a Few Hiccups
The staff offered a lovely breakfast with fresh pastries. A helpful tip, ask for assistance with luggage at check-in, especially if it's heavy.

Extremely convenient and good standard hotel with particularly helpful staff at the Check-out. The location was fantastic and stunning and the train station was walk from the property. Bella Venezia, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.

The location is excellent. We stayed at room facing the Grand Canel with balcony with priceless view. Breakfast on the balcony on a sunny morning is fantastic.
The only thing wr could complain about is the shower.

Great location. Two blocks from the train station and located on the great canel. Our room over looked the canel. Main tourist street outside. Room has great air conditioning and the WiFi internet work well. If you have 2 computers you will need to get 2 logins
No shower curtain.

Splendid view of Canal Grande. Close to the train station. Very good breakfast buffe. Spatious room for four persons.
The shower was in the bath tub and there was no shower curtain.

The hotel had a great breakfast along the Grand Canal, with more options than most hotels in its class, and a good quiet room despite being located in a busy area.
The staff were a little unfriendly on more than one occasion, which was surprising given the quality of the hotel.
